Podiatry Specialist Opportunity in Geelong

We are seeking a highly skilled Podiatrist to join our team in Geelong, providing top-notch care to clients in the comfort of their own space. As a specialist in podiatric care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, including biomechanical assessments, general skin and nail care, wound prevention education and management, orthotic prescription and fitting, and nail surgery.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Podiatry or higher, current Full AHPRA registration, and a minimum of 1 year of experience. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and train caregivers. If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve their potential, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional podiatric care, including biomechanical assessments and general skin and nail care
  • Provide wound prevention education and management, as well as orthotic prescription and fitting
  • Perform nail surgery and diabetes (foot and limb health) assessment/treatment
  • Educate and train caregivers on best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Podiatry or higher
  • Current Full AHPRA registration

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Police Check, NDIS Workers Check, Level 2 First Aid, professional indemnity insurance, flu vaccination, COVID-19 vaccination, and own car
