We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health professional to join our team at Access Psych. As a clinician, you will play a vital role in delivering authentic, dependable, and compassionate mental health support to clients in a wide range of services.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients, working with a diverse range of mental health conditions and outcome goals. You will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, while being part of a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
  • Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
  • Must be able to see clients face to face, with the option for a hybrid TH/F2F role.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • General Psychologist Registered AHPRA; or
  • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW; or
  • Qualified Counsellor ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership;
  • Permanent residency in Australia;
  • Passion for improving lives through work and health;
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
