Job Title: Senior Banking Operations Coordinator

Location: Melbourne

Job Type: Contract or Temporary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Senior Banking Operations Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our bankers and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management, including coordinating client and internal meetings, calls, and Zoom meetings
  • Maintain team calendars, including client meetings and contact information in Salesforce
  • Answering phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation for team members
  • Processing expense reports for bankers within strict deadlines
  • Client entertainment, including organizing ad hoc client lunches and dinners
  • Coordinating room bookings for client meetings and lunches, and liaising with catering staff as needed
  • Providing coverage for EA colleagues during breaks and holidays
  • Fostering a cohesive work environment within the EA team

  • Strong Microsoft Outlook skills, including fast and accurate keyboard skills
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Resourcefulness and ability to use own initiative in solving issues
  • High standards of professionalism, maturity, and discretion

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with flexibility outside of these hours as required
