Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform plumbing, air conditioning, and gas fitting tasks across community sites and residential facilities.
  • Performing a variety of commercial Maintenance plumbing work.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and health regulations.
  • Deliver high-quality, reliable services to support our residents' wellbeing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing systems, including hot water units, TMV's, pumps and general plumbing equipment.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Gas Fitting or Relevant plumbing trade qualification
  • Current Victorian driver's licence
  • Strong commitment to safety and effective communication skills.
  • Punctual and strong work ethics.
  • Great time management and excellent customer service skills.
  • NDIS working screening check
  • COVID Vaccination + Booster
  • Self- motivation with a positive attitude towards all duties
  • Excellent understanding of plumbing standards and can keep good accurate records with all required photos and information to relay to office.
