We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial finance and FP&A, with experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Managing and analysing large datasets to inform business strategies
  • Developing and implementing financial models and tools to support business growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes

About you:

  • You will be degree qualified and have a successful Commercial Finance/FP&A track record including budgeting/forecasts, management reporting and analytics (ideally 2-4 years)
  • Completed a tertiary degree in Accounting/Finance and completed or working towards an internationally recognised accounting qualification (i.e. CA/CPA)
  • Experience in the media/advertising industry or FMCG businesses or other fast-paced work environments will be highly preferred
  • Be confident in dealing with a range of stakeholders with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate in growth-driven environments and deliver against competing priorities
  • Detail-orientated with exceptional data-analysis and system skills
  • Proven experience of successful collaboration with finance and non-finance stakeholders
