About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large data sets, identifying patterns, trends, and insights to inform business strategy and prepare accurate workforce plans and forecasts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning analytical models and algorithms.
  • Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
  • Communicate analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to help stakeholders understand data insights and develop and maintain databases and data infrastructure.
  • Update and continuously improve workforce models and related inputs (volumes, AHT, available FTE etc) to accurately forecast FTE requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in workforce planning, preferably with Verint Workforce Management Tool.
  • Presentation skills to communicate complex concepts and relationships to various stakeholders.
  • High level of autonomy to manage day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or industry experience in statistics, mathematics, workforce planning, contact centre or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with scale operations environments and Financial Crime Operations would be highly regarded.
