Job Overview

This is a permanent role with a +10-year mine life. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry safety standards and legislative requirements.
  • Display a clear commitment to responsible environmental management practices.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding activities, work or tasks being undertaken in their area.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Identify the correct parts and equipment for planned and unplanned jobs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in the mining industry.
  • Electrical Trade Qualification is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
