As a Member Services Officer at Genesis Fitness Clubs, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service to our members, casual users, and potential new members. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new members and deliver first-class customer service, ensuring it aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone.
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Promote the center's services and programs to customers and accept customer bookings and enrolments.
- Have a passion for fitness and a friendly attitude.
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification and a Working With Children Check (or equivalent) & National Police Check.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in fitness, sales, customer service, or a retail environment is highly advantageous.
