Job Title: Visitor Experience Team Member

At the heart of every exceptional event lies a dedicated team member who makes it all possible. As a Visitor Experience Team Member, you will be part of an elite group that delivers memorable experiences for our patrons.

In this role, you will be more than just hospitality staff; you will be a key contributor to the overall customer experience. From greeting guests with a warm smile to serving at the bar or assisting with events, you will help create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression on every visitor.

We are seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating great guest experiences. If you have a genuine enthusiasm for providing top-notch service and are looking for a role that offers flexibility and variety, we encourage you to apply.

Key Requirements include:

  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating great guest experiences
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service
  • A willingness to obtain a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) if not already held
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional presentation
  • Reliable and available for flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school/university breaks
  • Physical ability to assist with event setup and pack-down
  • Comfortable handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
