Electrician - Mounties

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Mounties Group. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for providing electrical trade and maintenance services across our Group sites.
Your key duties will include:
- Inspecting electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards and defects.
- Advising management on the need for adjustment or repair of electrical systems.
- Testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.
- Maintaining current licenses to meet governmental regulations.
- Planning layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Preparing sketches or following plans to determine the location of wiring and equipment.
- Using a variety of tools and equipment to perform electrical work.
- Performing business management duties such as maintaining records and files.
- Working from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Constructing and fabricating parts using hand tools and specifications.
- Performing physically demanding tasks such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects.
- Providing preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in electrical trade.
- An Electrical License.
- A Construction Induction Card (WHS White Card).
- A current driver's license and the ability to travel to other venues.
- The ability to work flexible hours.
- Working Safely at Heights certification.
- Current First Aid (desirable).
- High Risk License (over 11m) (desirable).
- Elevated Work Platform (under 11m) (desirable).
- ChemCert (desirable).
- Confined Space (desirable).
