We are seeking an Inventory Controller/Inventory Manager to oversee inventory strategies, drive cycle counts, and maintain stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory strategies to achieve high accuracy and meet customer expectations.
  • Drive cycle counts and investigate variances to optimize inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and manage system reconciliation.
  • Optimize warehouse locations through SKU consolidation and aisle utilization.
  • Coordinate with customers for disposal of obsolete, damaged, and expired stocks.
  • Ensure location accuracy to support 100% order fulfillment.
  • Provide clear and regular reporting to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in 3PL environments.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Dynamic self-starter with good time management and negotiation abilities.
  • Independent, reliable, and analytical.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good understanding of cycle counts and stock takes.
  • Knowledge of system reconciliation.
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers and diverse cultural backgrounds.
