Job Title:

Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a vital role in shaping the organizational programs and collaborating with key stakeholders to build trust, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive management of absenteeism, performance, and employee relations case management
  • Handling sensitive grievances and conducting complaint investigations
  • Contributing to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, strategies, and initiatives
  • Providing coaching and advice to stakeholders on HR-related matters
  • Facilitating inductions for new employees
  • Establishing and maintaining key relationships
  • Championing the company culture and driving employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources (highly desired)
  • Broad range of generalist HR experience within a high-volume environment
  • Experience in navigating HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and leaders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to critically analyze information
  • Capacity to apply emotional intelligence in various interactions
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
