The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission plays a pivotal role in the community by ensuring individuals with disabilities have access to quality and safe supports. Our graduate program is designed to accelerate your career while fostering meaningful social impact.
You'll embark on a series of rotations or immersion opportunities, working on real-world projects that drive change within our organization.
Your Role- A 12-month graduate program offering unparalleled career growth opportunities.
- Engage in projects and develop skills needed to excel in the public service sector.
- Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with teams across Australia on impactful issues.
- Enjoy flexible work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Complete a structured learning program through a comprehensive 10-month APS Graduate Development Learning Program.
- Receive mentorship and career coaching from experienced professionals.
- Get guidance and support from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.
