The Role

This role will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert technical assistance to clients
  • Registering services and identifying client needs
  • Facilitating Pre-Authorization & Watch Imagery
  • Escalating issues and collaborating with the service centre
  • Referencing catalogs, directories, or databases to answer client queries
  • Collaborating with the service centre for coordination of services
  • Conducting warranty interventions, including battery exchanges, repair on bracelets, and partial disassembly/assembly of mechanical and quartz movements
  • Conducting quality control checks for watches returned from the service centre
  • Maintaining tools and equipment, ordering consumables, and performing daily reconciliations and reporting of CS activities
  • Receiving and registering incoming parcels and conducting weekly stock takes
  • Demonstrating complete knowledge of all product lines and selling watches when needed
  • Understanding watch technology, calibres by model, and explaining knowledge to clients as needed/requested

Estimated Salary Range: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum
