Position Overview

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will leverage your technical acumen to architect and deploy software solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Your enthusiasm for crafting clean, efficient code will be essential in managing large-scale systems. With your strong interpersonal abilities, you will play a vital role in the team, contributing to the delivery of customer-centric, high-quality business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Digital Business Analyst
  • Deep knowledge of Financial Products, processes, and systems
  • Comprehensive expertise in Customer Onboarding, AML, and Financial Crime
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and issues through creativity, problem-solving, and analysis
  • Significant experience in agile environments and familiarity with Human-Centered Design techniques
  • Skill in articulating a product vision to key stakeholders and collaborating with product owners to create a well-defined backlog of essential features, epics, stories, and objectives for each sprint
  • Expertise in leading workshops within cross-functional business and IT teams throughout the discovery, development, and operational phases of change
  • Capability to swiftly comprehend the technical stack and acquire foundational knowledge of the systems that fulfill your requirements
  • Proficiency in fostering collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity
