Workplace Services Manager

Colliers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager – Workplace to lead our workplace services team in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost-effective and quality workplace services strategies across our client's portfolio.
- Manage a diverse team of Guest Relations, Events, and Facilities professionals to ensure optimum performance and team environment.
- Collaborate with our Corporate Real Estate Team to deliver a holistic workplace services offering.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to improve compliance, efficiency, and overall performance of the workplace services team.
- Manage OPEX budgets, expenditure, and contractor compliance.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience managing workplace services, operations, and/or facilities in a corporate environment.
- Sound knowledge of WHS and contractor compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of expertise and skill.
- Possess strong customer service experience and a well-rounded property background.
- Results-oriented, customer-driven, organized with strong attention to detail.
