Job Title: Account Manager – Workplace

Colliers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager – Workplace to lead our workplace services team in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-effective and quality workplace services strategies across our client's portfolio.
  • Manage a diverse team of Guest Relations, Events, and Facilities professionals to ensure optimum performance and team environment.
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Real Estate Team to deliver a holistic workplace services offering.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to improve compliance, efficiency, and overall performance of the workplace services team.
  • Manage OPEX budgets, expenditure, and contractor compliance.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience managing workplace services, operations, and/or facilities in a corporate environment.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS and contractor compliance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of expertise and skill.
  • Possess strong customer service experience and a well-rounded property background.
  • Results-oriented, customer-driven, organized with strong attention to detail.
