Job Title: HR Truck Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and information about products to engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople.
  • Assist with quotes, pick packing, stock control, and maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment.
  • Maintain accurate product information and assist with occasional deliveries using a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities

Primary duties include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and providing product information.
  • Assisting with quotations, packaging, and stock management.
  • Conducting accurate inventory maintenance and supporting occasional delivery operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Prior experience as an HR Truck driver is essential.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
