Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to lead our team in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children and families.

About the Role:

  • Support coverage of leave across the service including annual leave and RDOs
  • Work across all age groups to support each team in daily operations
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and outcomes

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA equivalent
  • Current compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC / WWVP etc.)
  • A desire to work with an engaged team who embody Gowrie NSW values of caring, purposeful, inclusive, integrity and authenticity
