About the Role

We are seeking an experienced labourer to join our construction team in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. The successful candidate will be working predominantly in a fast-paced environment, assisting tradesmen with workflow tasks and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arriving at the main shed in Sandgate by 6:15 AM on weekdays
  • Taking direction from Site Supervisors and senior tradesmen as required
  • Assisting with workload tasks, including carrying out labour duties as directed
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment
  • Promoting and practicing a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian driver's license (preferred)
  • Basic math skills to understand measurements and markings on site
  • Understanding of safety protocols in a construction setting
