Job Overview:

The Maintenance Operations Manager will lead a team of maintenance professionals in the effective operation of various assets and sites across the region. This role will be based at HMAS Albatross in Nowra, with regular travel to other sites.

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Superintendent to ensure timely and effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Monitor compliance reviews for all operational and delivery platform maintenance.
  • Contribute to the management of maintenance performance.
  • Ensure clear understanding of health, safety, and environmental expectations and obligations.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in maintenance management with a trade or tertiary qualifications in relevant fields.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills; ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safety is at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Current holder or ability to obtain NV-1 security clearance.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly.
