Job Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our sales team as Casual Sales Consultants.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through great service, excellent product knowledge, and efficient point of sale transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and share this expertise with customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the store is presented in line with brand expectations.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes the Country Road Group values and delivers results.
