Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to support the delivery of accurate project cost, schedule, and performance insights.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6 software.
  • Assist with detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor cost and schedule performance; identify variances.
  • Support earned value management (EVM) reporting for project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with project and finance teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards to track project performance.
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning to minimize potential risks.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in project controls and the technical expertise to deliver accurate, timely insights. You'll be able to combine analytical capability with clear communication to drive successful project results.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in project controls with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Proficiency in using Primavera P6 software and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with EVM and critical path analysis principles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively communicate project information to stakeholders.
  • Eligibility for security clearance – Must be an Australian Citizen.
