Financial Support Specialist

Job Description:

This is a contract position, working 22 hours per week on Monday and Wednesday. The successful candidate will work closely with the management accountant to oversee accounting functions.

The role involves providing financial support and reporting in relation to accounts, payroll, and day-to-day financial matters.

Responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, maintaining document management systems, reviewing vendor file changes, asset management, end-of-month management, and payroll functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to master computer programs and use MS Word and Excel competently
  • Sound problem-solving abilities
