">Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for a Room Leader to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nursery practitioner to take the first step on their development journey and play a key part in shaping the lives of young children.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of early years professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education for children.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that meet the diverse needs of children, promoting their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters creativity and curiosity.

Requirements:
  • Level 3 childcare qualification or higher.
  • Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a nursery setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, colleagues, and parents/carers.
