Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at a well-established and dynamic retail brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, personalized service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, offer recommendations, and provide product knowledge.
  • Proactively drive sales, meeting or exceeding store targets.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure stock levels are adequately managed.
  • Work independently and confidently within the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About You:

  • Previous experience in face-to-face retail or customer service is essential.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously to drive sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • A team player who is also capable of working independently.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
