We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at Maari Ma Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in leading our nutrition and health promotion programs, delivering clinical dietetic, preventive health, and nutrition interventions for the management of chronic disease.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct local and outreach services in a wide range of settings, including schools, Early Years groups, and communities in the Far West region of NSW.
- Develop and implement health promotion activities with an emphasis on illness prevention, through community-wide and group-based activities.
- Deliver clinical dietetic services, primarily focused on supporting the Maari Ma's Keeping Well Chronic Disease team around metabolic obesity referrals.
- Work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of health promotion strategies and programs.
- Postgraduate qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Dietitian.
- Experience in clinical dietetics, health promotion, and community outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
