Job Title: Swim Programs Instructor

We are seeking an experienced swim instructor to deliver high-quality swim programs to participants of all ages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to engage and inspire participants, and work effectively in a team setting.

  • The selected candidate will develop and implement engaging swim lesson plans that cater to diverse age groups and skill levels.
  • He/She will work collaboratively with the crew leader to track progress, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure a positive swimming experience for all participants.
  • The successful candidate must maintain accurate records of participant safety and well-being, and report any incidents or concerns to the relevant authorities.
Requirements
  • A current AUSTSWIM qualification or equivalent in swimming and water safety is mandatory.
  • Valid CPR certification and working with children check clearance are also required.
  • Previous experience in delivering swim programs and collaborating in a team setting is highly desirable.
