We are seeking a seasoned creative leader to spearhead world-class campaigns within music culture. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to ideate, rationalize, and execute work from concept to delivery.

This multifaceted role requires a passion for innovation, design, and culture, along with a drive to produce award-winning creative work. You will collaborate with prominent brands, pushing boundaries and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creative Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies from conception to delivery, leveraging cultural insights, data, and strategy for ideation.
  2. Campaign Mastery: Lead and art direct world-class campaigns that showcase groundbreaking design, understanding audience engagement and driving fan behavior.
  3. Visual Storytelling: Create compelling presentations and visual narratives using Adobe Creative Suite and other tools.
  4. User Experience: Analyze how audiences interact with digital and real-world experiences to inform creative solutions.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, creating pitch presentations, mock-ups, sketches, moodboards, and editing audiovisual content.
  6. Collaboration: Experience working with external production partners and freelance creatives to ensure high-quality outputs.
  7. Communication: Strong copywriting skills and the ability to articulate creative solutions effectively.
