Role Summary

  • Oversee a team of specialists responsible for creating and deploying visual communication solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including project delivery within specified timelines.
  • Ensure staff are adequately trained and proficient in all aspects of signage production and installation.
Duties and Responsibilities

As a Visual Communication Team Lead, you will be accountable for:

  • Leading a team to produce and install signage within agreed deadlines.
  • Ensuring all personnel adhere to safety standards, materials guidelines, and machinery protocols.
  • Maintaining excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Presenting professionally at all times.
  • Being available to work outside regular hours or on weekends as required.
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in the visual communications industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of signage production and installation processes, including wrapping techniques.
  • Familiarity with materials, machinery, and safety standards.
  • A valid Australian driver's license, White Card, and Working at Heights certification.

This role requires a high level of organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. You will be working closely with a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
