Job Title: Clinical Community Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Community Nurse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent patient care skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

  • The successful candidate will have experience in providing high-quality patient care in a community setting, including nasogastric tube care, tracheostomy care, ventilator care, medication management, wound care, suctioning, and feeding machine.
  • A proven track record of working as a member of a Community RN role is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team with highly developed communication skills is required.
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role with the ability to manage day-to-day clinical issues is an asset.
Responsibilities:

The Clinical Community Nurse Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive and coordinated nursing services in the general practice setting.
  • Ensuring that all policies, procedures, and work practices are adhered to at all times.
  • Contributing to the team's performance and organisational goals.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • NDIS Worker Check (NSW Service) (or willing to obtain).
