As a key member of our Environment & Community team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by working with stakeholders across various industry sectors on high-profile infrastructure, resources, environmental, and policy projects.



This is a unique chance to develop your skills in stakeholder engagement, social sustainability, community engagement, and communications, while working on projects that drive positive change. You will be part of an integrated multi-disciplinary team, working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to deliver exceptional results.



As a Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Consultant, your responsibilities will include:



Crafting engaging communication materials



You will create compelling content, such as plans, newsletters, and social media posts, to effectively communicate with stakeholders and promote our projects.



Engaging with stakeholders



You will identify and connect with stakeholders, building relationships and understanding their needs to ensure effective project delivery.



Developing stakeholder and community engagement strategies



You will assist in developing strategies to engage with stakeholders and communities, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.



Managing community consultation events



You will coordinate and manage community consultation events, ensuring they are well-planned, executed, and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
