The Job

  • We're seeking a highly skilled Fulfillment Floor Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and driving operational excellence.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with our Office Team and Directors to ensure smooth fulfilment processes and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing Fulfillment Team.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy with regular audits, cycle counts, and best practices.
  • Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Enforce OHS compliance and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Collaborate with our Office Team to deliver exceptional client service and meet delivery requirements.
  • Implement process improvements and track KPIs to identify areas for growth and efficiency.

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail store management or a related leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices (experience with systems like WMS or Monday.com is a plus).
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards (OHS knowledge preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for optimising processes and improving performance.
