This is a key leadership position in our organization, responsible for developing and implementing research strategies to drive business growth.


Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced Research Insights Manager to lead market research initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and develop strategic recommendations.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing qualitative and quantitative research projects, from planning through analysis, storytelling, and presentation. They will be able to adapt insights and positioning of findings to align with diverse audiences.
  • As a player-coach, the Research Insights Manager will manage a team of market research professionals, guiding them on project intake, approach, execution, and insights delivery.
  • Key responsibilities include connecting multiple study learnings to drive a rich perspective on improvement opportunities, advising leadership and employees on client perceptions and gaps in experiences, and proactively recommending innovative ways to enhance research results and insights reporting.
  • The successful candidate will be a thought leader, frequently seeking to deepen understanding of current events and trends within financial services and the research industry.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 12 years of market research experience or a similar role related to this position's specific responsibilities.
  • Deep expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including hands-on experience with SPSS and/or Python.
  • Highly fluent and up-to-date with the latest market research trends and approaches.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources, cohesively organize and present information, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with an intellectually curious mindset, strong problem-solving skills, exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
