Job Title: Digital Project Leadership

  • Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital projects, driving innovation and excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital project portfolio, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Implement and drive continuous improvement in project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and balance project manager loads, leveraging organizational resources effectively.
  4. Provide regular, comprehensive reporting on project status, performance, risks, and actions to leadership and business program reviews.
  5. Manage resource utilization, identify, assess, and drive risk actions, implementing proactive measures to minimize issues.
  6. Ensure strict adherence to ISO and compliance frameworks, governing the quality of key project deliverables and entry/exit gates in PMO 365.

Requirements:

  • Proven portfolio project and project team leadership experience within a large-scale complex matrixed organization.
  • Well-developed working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience with project excellence, governance, risk management, and strong commercial acumen.
  • Supportive leader with proven ability to drive a positive culture that fosters an environment of trust and collaboration.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, translate vision, overcome objections, and bring stakeholders along the journey.
  • Exposure to change management and ability to align strategies to organizational goals.
  • High level of communication and business engagement, able to build relationships at various levels of the business both at senior leadership and operational levels.
