Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement and assessment services across various schemes.
  • Support the Regional Team Leader and State Manager with customer network and improve team knowledge and efficiency.
  • Be a key member of the leadership team and actively involved in continuous improvement and strategic projects.
Requirements:
  • Professional Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC or AASW.
  • Allied Health Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.
  • Minimum two years of occupational rehabilitation or claims management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage additional responsibilities while maintaining an active caseload.
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality and Service Delivery KPIs.
