Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will play a key part in developing and executing the annual marketing strategy, with a focus on enhancing guest relationships and driving direct revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze competitor positioning and market trends to inform strategic decisions. They will also be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives room bookings.

Priorities of the job include crafting a comprehensive content plan that delivers key messaging and drives attraction, conversion, and retention across all communication channels. You will also support outputting key partnerships and commercial sponsorships to boost brand awareness and preference by identifying and forging strategic alliances.

An additional key responsibility is managing the hotel social media system and processes to support tactical campaigns, engage hotel guests, and build the hotel client database.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as multi-tasking abilities, attention to details, and good time management skills.

Demonstrated experience in creating and curating content for websites and social media is essential, along with creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry.

Tertiary studies in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration or related field is required, along with tech savvy with IT literacy in Microsoft Office suite, and Web/Graphic Design (preferred).

Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn as well as offline marketing tools is necessary. Video Skills is a bonus.

Fluent in the English language is required, and impeccable grooming standards and good personal hygiene are expected.
