Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving personal sales targets
- Manage and drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Recruit, train, and coach Team Members to become top performers
- Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
- Merchandise products in line with promotional guidelines
- Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, and general housekeeping
