Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to the engineering organization, driving technical excellence and innovation
  • Lead a team of engineering managers and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products
  • Partner with the People team to attract and engage top talent, foster a collaborative and ambitious culture
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching to team members, addressing underperformance and recognizing individual strengths and contributions
  • Be responsible for high-quality and high-velocity execution of the engineering organization
  • Identify, evaluate, and optimize processes to maximize efficiency
  • Unblock and push the team to hit deadlines, anticipating strategic and scaling-related challenges
  • Collaborate successfully with cross-functional partners, including product, support, and GTM teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including experience overseeing an engineering organization of 20+
  • Proven track record of hiring and developing great, diverse talent
  • Strong technical mastery in software engineering, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Experience delivering and maintaining B2B web apps, with some consumer-facing product experience preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency to deliver results and inspire the team to achieve beyond what they think is possible
