Job Overview

The Future Students Project Officer role involves supporting the logistical operations and event service delivery for national student recruitment initiatives. This includes coordinating Open Days, Advisory Conferences, major external expos; reporting, and collateral development.

The successful candidate will report to the Future Students Project Coordinator and work collaboratively with the wider team, faculties, and organisational units across the university.

This is an opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in bringing student recruitment initiatives to life through expert coordination and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistical operations and event service delivery for national student recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain collateral to support these activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the Future Students Project Coordinator and other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience working in a higher education setting or similar environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
