About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct client services to residents of the Residential Care Home. You will work in close collaboration with health professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary team and report to the Nurse Unit Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. You must also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
