About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team in the Injury & Claims, Workforce Safety Command, People & Capability Command. As a Reconstruction Psychologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working together to deliver a cohesive and effective treatment program for NSW Police Force employees who have suffered a psychological injury or illness.
Your key responsibilities will include providing psychological support to assist employees to remain active in the workplace, as well as those returning to work following injury or illness. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatments and provide clinical supervision and access to internal learning and development opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of NSW Police Force employees and work within an experienced and passionate team environment with a focus on improving the health and wellbeing of the NSW Police Force.
