Job Title: Educational Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to join our educational team.

  • Support and mentor educators in delivering high-quality, child-led programs that foster growth and innovation.
  • Lead reflective practice across the team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Storypark effectively to document children's learning, providing valuable insights for educators and families alike.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent, high-quality practices throughout the centre.
Key Duties:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with children, supporting their development and wellbeing.
  • Partner with families to promote open communication and shared goals.
  • Guide the team to meet National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and deliver best-practice outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality educational programs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid, PR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates, as well as a valid Working with Children Check.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced early childhood professional with a passion for leading and mentoring educators. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law.
