About the Role

A key part of the Partner Acquisition Team for AU/NZ, this role plays a pivotal part in guiding software development partners onto the Global Payments payment platforms, developing and leading best practice solutions that aligns strongly to the GP Oceania value proposition.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical understanding of our API suite and relevant partner APIs;
  • Design and recommend solutions for partners and large merchants, including proof of concepts, demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting, and training;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues with partners and clients;
  • Lead client meetings to develop and implement solutions, both virtually and on-site;
  • Respond to technical queries from partners with a customer-centric approach;
  • Contribute and assist with maintaining internal documentation, knowledge base articles and training materials to support and uplift the knowledge of all internal stakeholders;
  • Maintain and contribute to external API documentation for developers and integrators;
  • Participate and lead the training of stakeholders in the correct use and integration of our API's;
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
