SAP Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP service delivery efforts. As an experienced manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of SAP BAU support projects, driving strong leadership and excellent client-facing skills.

Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in delivery or support management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, Basis).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
