The Role
This permanent, full-time position as a Grade 3 Administrator offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Medical Workforce Recruitment Team.
You will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support for medical staff, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and processing appointments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver recruitment expertise across various medical positions;
- Evaluating opportunities to improve recruitment and employment processes and systems;
- Working closely with a Recruitment Administrator to ensure seamless administration, contract generation, and onboarding;
- Continuously evaluating and improving recruitment-related projects;
- Maintaining excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills;
- Demonstrating a high degree of attention to detail and professionalism in analysis and problem-solving.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR, ER, or Management (desired but not essential);
- Demonstrated experience in health/medical recruitment (highly desirable);
- Proven experience working in demanding, high-volume environments;
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Talent Management Systems;
- Prior experience working across various recruitment-related projects (advantageous).
