Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • You will lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • You will monitor inventory levels and coordinate with our supply chain to ensure stock availability
  • You will implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal
  • You will analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
  • You will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • You will ensure compliance with our company policies and standards
  • You will conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
