Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and set high standards for team performance.

  • Maintain effective relationships with General Manager, front office, and Maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff morale and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff members as needed.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a similar role.

  • Available to work a rotating roster when required.
