Job Overview

This role involves supporting the effective delivery of program frameworks, documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program frameworks, documentation and reporting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of program and project frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with best practice, regulatory requirements and audit standards.

The role will also involve maintaining the accuracy and relevance of key program documentation through regular reviews, enhancing program reporting to surface critical insights that support effective decision-making, processing key data sets and supporting visual reporting across functions.

The successful candidate will prepare program and portfolio reports, including drafting papers for governance forums, and coordinate reviews of project and program compliance with regulatory frameworks and support related assurance activities.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proactive, with previous experience supporting complex, large-scale programs.

About You
  • You should have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience supporting large-scale programs of work.
  • A strong knowledge of program and project management principles and deliverables; certifications such as MSP or PRINCE2 are highly regarded.
  • You should be skilled in developing visual reports from diverse data sources.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Power BI.
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
