The Opportunity

As a Filling Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of life-saving medicines. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team of professionals to meet the company's quality and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards
- Assist in the production of sterile and non-sterile products
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and quality targets
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting
- Previous experience in aseptic filling or related field is highly regarded
- TAFE or degree qualification is desirable but not essential
