Brisbane Design Project Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Studio & Bid Coordinator to join our Brisbane studio.
- This role involves bid coordination, collaboration with a national bids team and using Adobe InDesign to craft visually engaging proposals.
The ideal candidate will be organised, creative and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and motivated by being part of a collaborative design practice.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will play an integral role in contributing to award-winning bids and helping shape the studio's success. They will be responsible for:
- Bid Coordination: managing the end-to-end bid process, interpreting briefs and producing standout client-focused submissions.
- Collaborating with our national bids team to ensure timely, high-quality proposals that reflect our brand.
- Using Adobe InDesign to craft visually engaging and persuasive bids.

What You'll NeedTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years' experience in architecture, interiors or a related design industry.
- A passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organisational skills.
